Your first session is an opportunity to discuss what's brought you to therapy, your goals, and outline a plan to help you overcome your difficulties.

Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, and frequency of sessions depends on the nature of the work (typically weekly or fortnightly). This will be discussed and agreed together.

Jack does not operate a wait list for clients as it is hard to predict when space will become available. It is recommended that you reach and check his availability.
At present, Jack is not accepting new ACC clients.

An assessment includes a clinical interview, completion of questionnaires, and collateral information from someone who has known you since childhood (such as a parent or older sibling). This combination helps build an accurate picture of how symptoms have presented across your life, not just currently.

Yes. You'll receive a comprehensive written report outlining the assessment findings. If you receive a diagnosis of ADHD, Jack will help direct you the next steps to access medication.
